Once assembled we check all bearing floats and preloads and reset them to OEM Specifications.

Once assembled your gearbox is coated in a polymer designed to reduce vibration and overheating and it is then placed on a custom test bench on a light load for six hours to test for leaking, overheating or vibrations. Once passing this test your Rossi Gearbox is certified with our 24 month warranty.
