Our 12 Step Gearbox Repair process is designed to compartmentalize the repair process and allow it to go more efficiently while still maintaining the high grase attention to detail. Industrial Gearbox begins by taking apart your Planetary Gearbox and placing it in an industrial parts washer. Any bearing seal areas that are damaged are repaired or replaced, the housing is sandblasted to reveal faults or cracks to then be repaired and all damaged components are replaced or remanufactured. All bearings are installed with Liquid Nitrogen Freezing of the Shafts and placing superheated bearings on top allowing gravity to slide em in and lock them in place. One your gearbox is reconstructed it is placed on a test bench for 6 hours to test for overheating, vibration, leaking and other abnormalities.
