For Planetary Gearboxes that usually means Timken and we always install our bearings the Timken Certified Way via shrinking the shafts with liquid nitrogen before placing a super heated bearing on top allowing gravity to perform the installation, Once your Gearbox is reassembled and coated in our temperature resistant coating it is inspected before being sent to our Quality Assurance division where it will be placed on a custom build test bench and ran on a light load for six hours to test for vibration overheating and leaking as well as other abnormalities.
