We offer free freight and free quotes nationwide as well as a 24 month warranty. We can pick up your Rossi Gearbox for free, tear it down and place all components in an industrial parts washer to identify the fault and have a quote to you within 24 hours of receiving your gearbox. Once approved we do what we do best, Gearbox Repair . We repair all damage to the housing and bearing seal area, repair or replace gearing or damage internal components and install fresh from the OEM bearings to Timken Standards via freezing the shafts with liquid nitrogen and sliding a super heated bearing on top allowing it to lock with reverse thermal expansion and letting gravity do the work for us. Once assembled we check all bearing floats and preloads and reset them to OEM Specifications.
Once assembled your gearbox is coated in a polymer designed to reduce vibration and overheating and it is then placed on a custom test bench on a light load for six hours to test for leaking, overheating or vibrations. Once passing this test your Rossi Gearbox is certified with our 24 month warranty.
